Log in with Discord, select a server where you're an administrator, then click "Invite Kuratos". You then configure each module from the dashboard.
Yes, a generous free plan is available. Premium lifts the limits and unlocks advanced features.
Nine times out of ten this is role hierarchy, not a permission. Discord forbids a bot from granting a role placed above its own, or from sanctioning a member whose highest role sits above its own — and that stays true even if the bot holds the Administrator permission. Open Server Settings → Roles and drag the “Kuratos” role above every role it must manage. Note: when the position is wrong there is no error message at all, the action simply has no effect.
Premium is tied to your account, not to a server: a single subscription equips several of the servers you own or administer. No need to pick a server.
7-day free trial on all four plans, Modular included, with automatic billing at the end. It is limited to ONE PER ACCOUNT AND PER SERVER, and three conditions must all be met: (1) your account has never used one — including if you deleted and recreated it, an anonymous fingerprint being kept for that single check; (2) none of the servers you administer has already used one, a single server that has already had the trial is enough to refuse it; (3) Discord must respond at the time of the request, otherwise your server list cannot be checked and the trial is refused. You can subscribe without a trial in every case.
Monthly, quarterly, or yearly — the longer your commitment, the cheaper it gets: −10% quarterly, −20% yearly.
You choose only the premium modules you're interested in and only pay for those. Selecting all modules amounts to the price of the Complete plan.
Yes. You keep Premium until your next payment date, then your servers return to the free plan. No cancellation fee — an annual subscription, however, stays paid for the year already started. ⚠️ Note: when returning to the free plan — or moving down to a lower plan — the settings of premium features revert to their default values, and are not restored if you subscribe again. Write them down if they matter to you.
Intermediate and Modular cover 3 servers, Complete covers 10 — among those you own or administer. If you administer more, you choose which ones use your places, from your dashboard: nothing is cut off unless you decided it. To cover one more, you have two options: add an extra server for €3.33 per month (Intermediate, Modular) or €2 (Complete), without changing plan; or free up a place by removing another server. The extra server is billed on the same cycle as your subscription and is cancelled the same way. The free plan has no server limit at all.
We only collect the data necessary for the modules to work, and we never sell it. Check our privacy policy for details.
We apply the GDPR: you can access, export and delete your data yourself from the My data page. The detail of each processing purpose, retention period and processor is in the privacy policy. Payment is handled by a specialised provider — no bank details are stored with us.

From a server's dashboard, use the "Report a bug" button, or the /bugs command on Discord, reserved for members holding the "Manage Server" permission. You are then notified by direct message on Discord as soon as the bug is fixed and deployed — keep your DMs open to receive it.
